Emma Kennedy
From an early age, my connection to movement and balance began in the saddle. As a lifelong horseback rider, I developed a deep appreciation for how strength, alignment, and subtle shifts in posture can transform performance — not only for horses, but for the humans who care for them.
That same passion for harmony in the body led me to massage therapy. After graduation from Kikkawa College in 2024 and becoming an RMT, I bring that understanding of biomechanics, rhythm, and balance into every session. My approach is both intuitive and grounded in anatomy, helping clients release tension, restore mobility, and reconnect with their natural sense of ease.
Whether you’re recovering from injury, managing chronic tension, or simply seeking to feel more aligned in your daily life, my goal is to support your body’s innate ability to find balance and move freely.
