We offer direct billing! We can direct bill to a large number of insurance providers, please view our list below before your appointment. If you do not see your insurance company below please contact us to find out!

Please note, the insured member is responsible for contacting the insurance company to find out if they allow direct billing, if a doctor’s note is required, which services are covered and if the plan has customary charges.

Some insurance companies may not allow assignment of benefits and will require you to pay the full cost of treatment and submit the invoice manually.

Other insurance companies may allow billing of benefits but still require you to pay the full cost of treatment as the payment will go to the insured member. You will not have to resubmit your invoice as that part will be done for you.

If your insurance company allows for direct billing but you do not have 100% coverage or your plan has customary charges, you are required the pay the remaining balance at the end of your treatment.
